I really needed to eat my favorite snack food. Entenmann's cinnamon swirl buns. As I started to open the box I noticed a gnat stuck to one of the buns. I lost my appetite and my night is ruined.

I was reading this website on how most of our foods are contaminated. There is a lot of residual pesticides and other chemicals in our food. On that site it said that most farmers grow their own food separate from the rest of the crops. With the amount of crap in our foods and the way we eat, no wonder Americans are so sick.
I think this health care debate should focus more on growing healthier foods, getting the chemicals out of the foods, changing the way we eat. That way we wont be so fat and lazy and hour hospital and insurance bills will be lower.
